Evaluation and Contest at Re-make

05/26/2011 - 22:26

Last weekend the DHUB hosted the Re-make workshops, three workshops where recycling, transforming, repairing with creativity and ecodesign were taught at the hands of master professionals.

At the workshops, curated by Oscar Guayabero, we created an incandescent light, a filebox and personalized a t-shirt. The workshop was a huge success with 2000 people taking part over Saturday and Sunday.

As well, on Saturday we launched the Re-make contest during the T-shirt Transformation workshop, taking photos of participants wearing their t-shirt designs. The contest, which takes place on Facebook, consists of clicking the "like" button of the t-shirt that you consider to be the most original or deserving of a triple award, which could a design book, a 2 for 1 coupon for the DHUB restaurant or two tickets to any DHUB exhibition.

Thanks so much for your support and participation!
