The DHUB and the innovation process in business

On June 14th, the workshop "Service design: how to improve the user experience"  took place at ESADECREAPOLIS in Sant Cugat del Vallès.  In this practical workshop, given by Daniel Yuste with his collaborators at Designit, participants worked on innovation methods for people, and how to create opportunities by changing the way we interect with products and services and how these details are to key to meeting the challenges that set businesses apart and create good business relations with the consumer. 
 
The event included a presentation by Pilar Vélez, director of the DHUB museums and over 60 people from marketing, innovation and design companies took part in the workshops.

This workshop took place within the framework of the DHUB's activities which aim to promote the good use of design as an innovation and development tool using the synergy and exchange of knowledge from different agents within the sector.
